What can I expect to receive in my
kit?
You
can expect to receive at least $40 worth of quality
products with the Mega Kit and at least $25 worth of products with the Mini
Kit. The kit will include all the materials you need to complete the monthly
album or project, including layout instructions and ideas. Additionally, club
members will have the opportunity to occasionally preview some of the new lines
not yet available in stores.
3. How often will I receive a kit?
If
you signed up for the Mega Kit or the Mini Kit you will receive a kit every
other month. If you signed up for the Combo Kit you will receive a kit every
month, alternating between the Mega and the Mini Kits.
Mega kits ship in February,
April, June, August, October, and December.
Mini kits ship January, March, May, July, September, and November.
4. Are the Mega and Mini kits the
same?
Projects
in the Mega and the Mini Kits are not duplicated. The kits are different each
month.
5. What is the cost for shipping?
The cost for
shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for a Mega Kit and $5.99 for a Mini Kit, for
our customers in the continental United States. Customers living in Alaska,
Hawaii, or Canada will be charged the actual shipping cost of shipping via US
Postal service.

How and when will my kit be shipped?
The kits will be shipped the first week of each month via UPS , with a delivery
time of 7-10 days. If you haven’t received your kit by the 15th of the
month please contact us.
7. When
will I be charged for my subscription?
Billing will take
place automatically on the first day of each month that you are scheduled to
receive a kit.
8. What if something arrives damaged?
If
your product is damaged during shipment, you may return it for a replacement.
Please contact our customer service at 1-800-333-3279 for a return authorization
within 7 days of receiving your kit.

Is
available internationally?
is available to customers in Canada. They will be charged the actual freight
cost via US Postal Service. Unfortunately, at this time
is not available to our other international customers.
10. What is the term of the subscription?
Our
subscription term is open ended and will be valid unless cancelled. After one
year, those club members that maintain a continuous membership (no interruptions
in delivery) will become a VIP member. VIP members will receive additional promotional
offers and a specially designed paper line.
11. What if I need to cancel my subscription?
A subscription
can be cancelled at anytime after receiving your first club shipment, by sending
an email to info@clubsei.com. Please allow 10 days for processing your cancellation.
12. Do you post a sample of the kit
prior to shipment?
Yes,
we will post a preview of the kit on our website (www.clubsei.com) approximately
3 weeks prior to shipment.
13. Can I skip a kit?
Yes,
you may choose to skip a kit. However, notice must be provided to
by the deadline date. This
date will be noted with the kit preview on our website (www.clubsei.com).
Because of our recurring billing
system, a charge of .01 will be billed to your credit card the months that you
skip.
14. Can I add additional items to
my shipment?
With
the exception of add-ons, we are not able to add additional items with your
shipment.
15. What if I want to purchase more
materials that coordinate with my kit?
More
coordinating materials are available for purchase at www.shopsei.com.
16. What if I want to purchase kit
add on's or a previous kit?
From
our website (www.clubsei.com) you will be able to purchase add on products for
the current month's kits, as well as previous kits (based on inventory availability.)
17. Will I receive an album every
month?
No,
the kits vary from month to month. Not every Mega or Mini Kit will include an
album. Kits will provide a variety of materials and can be previewed in advance
at www.cubsei.com.

What are frequent shopper points?
Every time you purchase add-ons from www.clubsei.com you earn Frequent Shopper
Points. These can be redeemed next time you purchase add-ons for a discount
or you can save them and request a $10 gift certificate to use on www.shopsei.com
for every 250 points accumulated.
