What
can I expect to receive in my club sei kit?
The
kit will include all the materials you need to complete the monthly album or
project, including layout instructions and ideas (excluding basic supplies). Projects in each kit are not duplicated. Scrapbooking kits consist of six-ten coordinating 12x12 layouts. Paper Crafting kits consist of mini albums, home decor, parties and paper crafting projects. Card Making kit consists of 6 standard cards with envelopes and 3-4 custom size technique oriented cards.
Can
I skip a kit?
Yes,
you may choose to skip a kit. However, notice must be provided by submitting the skip form on-line to club sei by
the deadline date. This date varies from month to month but is generally around the 25th of the month and will be noted with
the kit preview on our website (www.clubsei.com).
To keep
your card active in our billing system, a
nominal charge of $1.00 will be billed to your credit card the months that you
skip a kit you are scheduled to receive.
How
and when will my kit be shipped?
The kits will be shipped the first full week of each month via FedEx SmartPost,
final delivery made by USPS with a delivery time of 7-10 business days.
How
often will I receive a kit?
The Paper Crafting and Card Making kits are sent (separately) the beginning of every ODD month (Jan, Mar, May, July, Sep, Nov).
The Scrapbooking Kit is sent the first full week of every EVEN month (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec). Your billing
will reflect the kit option received.
What
is the subscription term and cancellation policy?
Your
subscription is open ended and can be cancelled at any time, after you receive
your first shipment. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email. Please allow 7-10 business days to process all cancellations - all cancellations must be received by the 25th of the month.
Do
you post a sample of the kit prior to shipment?
Yes,
we will post a preview of the kit on our website (www.clubsei.com) approximately
3 weeks prior to shipment. Previews and details will also be available on facebook (www.facebook.com/ClubSEI).
What
is the cost for shipping?
Shipping is included in the price of each kit.
Can
I purchase additional items to add to my shipment?
With
the exception of kit add-ons, we are not able to add additional items with your
club sei shipment. Each month we offer add-on options that can be included
with your kit for no additional freight charges. Add-ons are available to purchase for a limited time.
When
will I be charged for my kit?
Billing will take place automatically on the first day of each month that you are scheduled to receive a kit regardless of holidays or weekends.
What
if I have questions or problems with my kit?

What
are Frequent Shopper Points?
Every time you make a purchase from www.clubsei.com you earn Frequent Shopper Points. 25 pts = $1.00 off. These can be redeemed next time you purchase at www.clubsei.com for a discount.
Is
club sei available internationally?
At this time club sei is available to our continental USA customers only.
Can I use my gift certificate on clubsei.com?
At this time gift certificates are not available to use on clubsei.com purchases.
What is your return policy?
Because we provide all club members a preview and the opportunity to skip any kit prior to shipment a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. Club SEI kits may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your kit provided it is accompanied by a return authorization number which can be obtained by contacting our customer service department.
How can I update my personal information?
All contact information changes (i.e. address, phone, email, credit card, etc.) can be submitted on-line at clubsei.com after log-in on your member profile page.
